Three St. Joe’s Greats to be Inducted into New England Basketball Hall of Fame
STANDISH, ME – Former Saint Joseph's Men’s Basketball Coach Rick Simonds and standout Women’s Basketball players Neile (Joler) Nelson ’95 and Linda (Johnson) Freeman '81 will be inducted into the New England Basketball Hall of Fame on Friday, October 9th at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, CT.

Saint Joseph’s Remembers Chris Kiernan
STANDISH, ME – Former Saint Joseph’s College Administrator Chris Kiernan, 65, passed away on Monday evening at Newport Hospital (R.I.) after a courageous battle with cancer. In 10 years at St. Joe’s during the 1970’s, Kiernan worked simultaneously as Dean of Student Affairs, Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, Director of Athletics and Men’s Basketball Coach.
