Gajewski Listed on GNAC Weekly Honor Roll

STANDISH, ME – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference has released its weekly awards and Saint Joseph's junior swimmer Hannah Gajewski (Biddeford, ME/McAuley) has been listed on the Weekly Honor Roll.

Gajewski led the Monks with 27 individual points in a 125-94 victory over Husson University on January 15th. The junior notched winning efforts in the 200-Free (2:12.07), 50-Free (28.05) and 100-IM (1:09.85) events and also swam a leg for the top 200-Free relay team.

Gajewski, the 2009 GNAC Women's Swimming Rookie of the Year, has 45 first place finishes with 12 second place results and owns nine individual records in two-plus years at Saint Joseph's. She has also swum legs for four of the Monks' five record-setting relay teams in her career.

Saint Joseph's will swim at Simmons College on Saturday at 1:00 PM.
