STANDISH, Maine - The Saint Joseph’s College men’s golf team, led by Head Coach Don Flanagan, welcomes six newcomers for the 2026-27 season. The group features five members of the Class of 2030 and junior Alex Watts (Saco, Maine).
The freshman contingent includes Harrison Barmak (Belmont, Mass.), Logan Caron (Presque Isle, Maine), Aiden Crowe (Danvers, Mass.), Beck Edgerly (Saco, Maine), and Tyler Medeiros (West Greenwich, R.I.). Watts, a Thornton Academy graduate, joins the program as a member of the Class of 2028.
Three of the six newcomers hail from Maine, with Massachusetts and Rhode Island also represented. Caron, Edgerly, and Watts comprise the Maine contingent, while Barmak and Crowe arrive from Massachusetts. Medeiros rounds out the group as the lone Rhode Island native. The class also includes a pair of former Thornton Academy golfers in Edgerly and Watts.
The newcomers bring a variety of academic interests to Saint Joseph’s. Edgerly and Watts are finance majors, while Barmak is studying exercise science. Caron is pursuing a degree in business management, Crowe is a nursing major, and Medeiros is studying physical education.
Saint Joseph’s opened its 2026-27 schedule at Gordon College on September 1. The fall slate includes the Monks’ John Queenan Memorial Tournament at Point Sebago on September 9, along with several invitationals throughout Maine. The Monks will compete in the GNAC Championship at Barre Country Club in Vermont on October 5-6 before concluding the fall campaign at the New England Intercollegiate Golf Association Championship in Brewster, Massachusetts, on October 17-18.
