Saint Joseph's College of Maine

Why Saint Joseph's? My favorite college campus I had toured. I love the atmosphere and size of the school, and I'm looking forward to the programs offered and running track.

High School: Participated in volleyball for four years, basketball for four years, and track and field for four years at Coe-Brown Northwood Academy…Awarded the Basketball-Defensive Award 2021, 2022, and 2023...Won the Volleyball State Championship in 2021 and 2022 participating in the Senior All-Star Game…Participated in Track and Field State Championship 2021, 2022, 2023, Track Meet of Champions 2021, 2022, 2023, and Track and Field New England Championship 2022…Achieved honor roll and was inducted into the National Honor Society.

Community Service: 65 hours between stage managing a play and donating hats and mittens to Green Mountain Recovery Center.

Personal: Alexis Michelle Cowan, daughter to Debra and Cowan…Sister to two siblings, Jacob and Brett Cowan.
