UMF scored its first goal on a unique play, when Alyssa St. Pierre (Jay, ME) fired the ball on goal after a restart and it weaved its way into goal past a crowd of Monk defenders. After the intermission, Bethany Marshall (York, ME) scored on a cross from Kristin Chambers (Gorham, ME) at the 43:39 mark, while Chambers completed the scoring at the 50:51 mark, knocking home a rebounded shot by Amanda Pullen (Dexter, ME).
