Monks Fall to Pride in Friday Night Dual

STANDISH, Maine – Regis College topped Saint Joseph's College, 99.5 - 82.5 in a dual swim meet at the Harold Alfond Center on Friday evening.

FOR THE MONKS:

Junior Bri Letourneau (Lewiston, Maine) won the 100-Free (1:03.37) and 100-Fly (1:16.76) and tied for second in the 200-Free (2:23.22)
Senior Elise Soucy won the 100-Back (1:10.00), 200-Back (2:38.21) and 200-IM (2:48.51) events
Freshman Morgan Farley (Windham, Maine) won the 50-Free (29.60), finished second in the 100-Free (1:05.33), and placed third in the 500-Free (6:35.65)
Freshman Madison Oh (Ringwood, N.J.) placed second in the 50-Free (30.00) and was fifth in the 100-Free (1:11.28)
Letourneau, Oh, Soucy, and Farley swam legs for the Monks' winning 400-Free Relay quartet (4:30.97)
