Five SJC Cross Country/Track & Field Athletes Garner Academic All-District® Accolades

STANDISH, Maine – The 2026 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Cross Country/Track & Field Teams have been announced, and five Saint Joseph's College student-athletes have earned recognition.

Senior Jacob Pelletier (Augusta, Maine - History/Secondary Education), juniors Audrey Bilodeau (Lewiston, Maine - Nursing) and Breya Whitman (Auburn, Maine - Nursing), and sophomores Ellie Leech (Berwick, Maine - Social Work/Criminal Justice) and Isaac Keresey (Pittsfield, Maine - Finance/Management) have earned 2026 CSC Academic All-District® accolades.

Pelletier is a three-time CSC Academic All-District® selection while Bilodeau and Whitman have earned the prestigious academic honor twice during their careers. For Leech and Keresey, the CSC Academic All-District® awards are the first of their careers.

The 2026 CSC Academic All-District® Cross Country/Track & Field Teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined achievements in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately honors student-athletes in four divisions: NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.

To qualify for the CSC Academic All-District® Team in cross country/track & field, student-athletes must be at least sophomores academically and athletically and maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher. Athletically, cross country student-athletes must finish among the top 50 runners at their NCAA regional championship, while track & field student-athletes must rank among the top 50 in their region during either the indoor or outdoor season.

Pelletier and Keresey both competed in cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field during the 2025-26 academic year and helped guide the Monks to Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) championships in all three sports. Bilodeau, Whitman and Leech were members of the SJC indoor and outdoor track & field teams, both of which finished as GNAC Championship runners-up in 2026.

The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs.
