GEORGETOWN, Mass. – The Saint Joseph's College men's golf team opened the 2026-27 season with a 327 against Gordon College at Black Swan Country Club on Tuesday.

Gordon claimed the team victory with a 306, finishing 21 strokes ahead of Saint Joseph's during a round played primarily in rainy conditions.

Junior Kyle Bowlan (Pelham, N.H.) led the Monks with an 80, while juniors AJ Davis (Turner, Maine) and Zach Stone (Gray, Maine) both carded an 81. Freshman Beck Edgerly (Saco, Maine) added an 85 to complete the team score. Junior Chase Ranger (Farmington, Maine)  and freshman Harrison Barmak (Belmont, Mass.) each finished with an 86.

Gordon's Aidan Alfaro earned medalist honors with a one-over-par 73.
