Why Saint Joseph's? I decided to attend Saint Joseph’s College of Maine because of the outstanding location and environment of the campus. Right away the baseball coaching staff, students, and faculty made me feel at home and somewhere I could see myself thrive for the next 4 years.
High School: Played baseball for 4 years…played center field and middle infield…for junior year recorded .312 AVG, .384 OBP, 24 Hits, 19 Runs scored and 7 doubles in junior year…for senior year recorded a .333 AVG, .419 OBP, 21 Hits, 17 Runs scored, 1 strikeout, 18 stolen bases with a 100% stolen base percentage…was a 4 year varsity starter and a captain for senior year in baseball…was a Second Team All Shoreline Conference for senior year…was a Honorable Mention All Shoreline Conference for junior year in baseball…were Shoreline Conference Baseball Champions in 2022 for his freshman season…was High Honor Roll for all 4 years…received 2025 Regional Scholastic Art Awards and Silver Key Award for senior year…was the Rotary Club “Student of the Month” for Fine Arts for senior year in April 2025…was on the National Honor Society, 2023 until graduation…played for Madison Tigers Travel Baseball in Summer Ball from 2021 - 2025 and Fall Ball from 2021 - 2023…played for Mets Baseball Academy in Fall 2024
Community Service: Over 100 community service hours performed. In the winter of 2022 and 2023 volunteered at Old Saybrook Parks & Recreation…As a volunteer in the indoor basketball program helped children (ages 7-13) learn the fundamentals of basketball including shooting, dribbling and passing through age-appropriate games. It was an 8-week program every Saturday morning for two years. Volunteered at the Old Saybrook Little League from summer and winter in 2019 to present in summer ball and winter clinics. As an umpire for summer ball, ensured game rules and safety regulations were followed, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. During pre-season winter clinics, helped children improve their skills and confidence. Volunteered at Madison Tigers Travel Baseball AAU Baseball Program in fall 2023. Helped coaches with practices, tryouts, and fall clean up. Volunteered as Math Lab Tutoring at Old Saybrook High School in fall 2024. Assisted students with all levels of mathematics to ensure academic success.
