2025: Played in 36 games and started 35...recorded a .297 batting average...tallied 35 hits, 24 runs, 23 RBI's, 14 walks, four home runs and three stolen bases...led the team in walks...tied for second on the team in runs and tied for third on the team in home runs...hit his first career home run with a career-high three RBI's vs. Central (Iowa) (Mar. 13)...tallied two hits including a home run, two RBI's and one run vs. Penn State Abington (Mar. 14)...recorded two hits including a double, two runs and two RBI's vs. Norwich (Apr. 6)...recorded a career-high four hits including a home run along with matching his career-high three RBI's and two runs with one stolen base vs. Curry (Apr. 25)...recorded three RBI's, two hits and one walk at New England College (Apr. 27)

Why Saint Joseph's?: I wanted to attend a small school where everyone feels connected and play for the Saint Joseph's Monks baseball program. The Monks have a great history and an incredibly dedicated coaching staff. I knew during my first meeting at Saint Joseph's with Coach Sunburn that this would be home for me. 

High School: Nick earned multiple honors, including Catholic Central League All-Star, Bishop Fenwick MVP, and Salem News All-Star in 2023. He also received the Salem News Gold Glove and Silver Slugger awards, along with the Massachusetts Baseball Coaches Association All-Star and All-Star Game MVP recognition. In 2022, Villano was named Salem News All-Star and Bishop Fenwick Hitter of the Year. He helped lead his team to the Central Catholic League Championship in 2023. Academically, Nick achieved National Honor Society status and the President's List. He volunteered for school events and coached youth baseball.
