2023: The senior appeared in 11 games, starting in nine, went 1-3 on the season. He had a 6.46 ERA, while striking out 56 batters in 39 innings. His 12.92 K/9 was a career high. On March 27th against Norwich, he went six innings, fanning 11 batters and allowing one run on one hit in the win. April 22nd against Colby Sawyer, he went six innings, striking out nine en route to a 4-3 victory.

2022: The junior pitcher started in 9 games and appeared in 12. He had a 4-3 record while posting a 3.91 era (1.55 era in conference). He led the team in strikeouts with 59 in 46 innings, he had an 11.54 K/9. He held batters to a .216 average. On April 3rd, he threw a complete game gem allowing one run on two hits and fanning 8 batters on the way to his first win of the season against Norwich. He pitched four games with eight or more strikeouts. 

2021: Started three games and appeared in five overall, recording two wins for the Monks on the season. He earned a 9.24 era in 12.2 innings pitched. He was a strikeout machine, logging 18 total, averaging 12.79 per game, and leading the team in strikeouts looking, with 10 total. He ended his 2021 season on April 17th, pitching five innings, and only allowing one run in a 6-1 win over the Rivier Raiders.

2020: Started three games as a freshman pitcher...posting a 1-1 record with a 6.10 ERA and striking out nine batters with a 7.84 K/9...picked up his first college win in his first start against Clark University in game two of a doubleheader on February 23rd...pitched 3 IP while striking out three, giving way to the bullpen to nail things down.

High School: Played baseball, football and hockey in high school…Selected as the 2019 team MVP and listed on the MAISAD All-Star Team…Helped his Midget AAA team win the 2017 championships…Listed on the Academic Honor Roll…Played club baseball for 3L de la rive nord, (two years), royal de Repentigny (one year), and Rocket de coaticook (one year).

Community Service: Cleaned a beach, cleaned a front garden for older people, and cleaned a trail for a city.

Personal: Samuel Jalbert, son of Sylvain Jalbert and Valerie Morin…Has one sibling, Arianne.
