2017: Played and started in 20 games…had five assists…claimed First Team All-GNAC honors for the second-straight season and earned academic accolades from the NFHCA…had two assists on Sept. 8th against Rivier in the 5-0 victory and again had a couple of assists in the 4-1 win over Mass.-Dartmouth on Oct. 5th…she ends her three season year as a senior with a total of seven goals and 10 assists for 24 points and four game winners in 60 career games.
2016: Started 20 games as a junior midfielder...Recorded 5 goals and 4 assists for a total of 14 points on the season...Had 25 shots on goal with a .694 shot percentage...Had 2 game winning goals...Had a season high three points on three separate occasions with a goal and assist at UMaine-Farmington on October 12th, against Salem State on October 18th, and at Rivier on October 22nd...Was selected GNAC player of the week for the week of 10/17...Was selected to the All-GNAC first team for her performance this year...Was also selected to the GNAC All-Tournament team...Ranked sixth in the GNAC in game winning goals.
2015: Started all 20 games as a sophomore midfielder…recorded two goals and one assist…served as the primary injector on corners with 44 attempts…scored her first collegiate goal in a two goal and one assist performance in a victory over Rivier on September 19…received GNAC Rookie of the Week honors on September 21…named to the GNAC All-Tournament Team.
High School: Played four years of varsity lacrosse for Jamie Chamberlain at Cheverus High School, making SMAA eastern finals every year, and making SMAA Class A State Championship for two years…earned SMAA First Team All-Conference honors her junior and senior years…selected as the team MVP her junior and senior seasons…also participated in field hockey, track, basketball, soccer and ice hockey at Cheverus…claimed All-State and SMAA First Team All-Conference honors her junior and senior seasons and was the Stags’ team MVP as a senior in field hockey…also selected as the Faith Littlefield SMAA Field Hockey Player of the Year in 2014…played for Hockey Mates and Maine Styx in the offseason.
Personal: Elyse Caiazzo, born in Portland, Maine….daughter of Steve and Laurie Caiazzo...majoring in Political Science and Environmental Science.
