Biography

2012: Played in all 17 games with 16 starts as a senior netminder…returned to the field hockey program after not playing the last three seasons...faced 131 shots with 72 saves and 22 goals allowed over 1142:26 between the pipes…posted a .766 save percentage with a 1.34 goals against average…tied a Saint Josephs’ single-season record with six shutouts…kicked off the season with a pair of shutouts in victories over Eastern Connecticut State University and Lasell College…did not allow a goal over the first 296:55 of the season…made five saves in a 1-0 triumph over University of Southern Maine on September 20th…recorded eight stops in a 3-2 OT loss at the hands of New England College on September 22nd…registered a career-high 13 saves in a 3-2 double-OT loss to Husson University on October 3rd…posted back to back shutouts with five total saves in wins over Thomas College and Salem State University on October 6th and 9th, respectively…made seven stops in a hard-fought 2-1 loss to Plymouth State College on October 24th and added eight saves in the Monks’ season-ending loss to New England College three days later…capped her two-year career as the program’s all-time leader in goals against average (1.19)…played in 22 games with 23 goals allowed and 81 saves for a .779 save percentage in two seasons…logged 1357 minutes and posted an 11-8 record with seven shutouts in her career.

2008: Appeared in five games…sported a 0.33 goals against average and a .900 save percentage…was 2-0 with a shutout and one goal allowed in just over 212 minutes between the pipes.

High School: Played two years varsity lacrosse at Bay View...second in goals junior year...started in goal her senior year...captain junior and senior year.

Personal: Taylor Allison, born on September 23, 1990 in Pawtucket, RI...daughter of Joseph and Donna Allison...majoring in Nursing.

What she does outside of field hockey: Lacrosse and hiking.
