2023: Played in 13 games with one start as a sophomore attacker… tallied six goals, three assists, five ground balls, and four caused turnovers… two assists in a 29-13 win against University of Southern Maine on March 22nd… had two goals and one caused turnover in a 20-8 victory against Anna Maria College on April 18th.
2022: Played in 16 games and started in 13 as a freshman attackman…scored two goals and had one assist for his first collegiate points on Mar. 6th versus Moravian University…had a goal and two ground balls against Dean College on Mar. 19th…four days later scored three goals, one of which was a man-down goal, picked up a ground ball and had a caused turnover in the 16-7 win over University of Southern Maine…when facing Norwich University on Mar. 26th had a goal, an assist, three ground balls and two turnovers…three days later tallied an assist against Colby College…had two assists in the 13-4 victory at New England College on Mar. 31st…added a goal on the season on Apr. 2nd at Johnson & Wales University…had a season high of five points with his three goals and two assists when defeating Regis College 22-2 on Apr. 6th…on Apr. 15th in the 16-1 win against Albertus Magnus College had two goals, two ground balls, and two caused turnovers…had two goals, two ground balls and a caused turnover a week later at Anna Maria College in the 11-7 win…had a season high of four ground balls on Apr. 29th and tallied a goal and two assists at Norwich University in the quarterfinal matchup.
Why Saint Joseph's?: I love Maine and being on the lake is awesome. It is also a great academic and athletic fit for me.
High School: Participated in lacrosse, golf, and track & field at Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School…led all North Shore players with 68 goals and 92 points in just 15 games during his senior season…ranked second in the state and 47th nationally in goals in 2021…posted a pair of eight-goal games, including one in the state tournament versus Bishop Fenwick, and netted four goals in nine different contests…led his team to CAC Championships in 2019 and 2021…finished his career with 99 goals in just 32 games…garnered numerous accolades following his senior season, including Salem News All-Star and Boston Globe All-Scholastic Honorable Mention…named 2019 CAC All-Conference and picked as his team's most improved player as a sophomore…participated in the shot put event in track & field…played club for HGR Lacrosse for three years…also an excellent student, he finalized his high school academic transcript with a cumulative GPA over 4.0.
Community Service: Served as a Young Naturalist at Joppa flats for one year and worked at Camp Kent C.I.T for two years.
Personal: Calvin Taylor Heline, son of Lara and Chris Heline…has one brother, Tucker.
