High School: Cody played four years of varsity lacrosse, primarily as a faceoff and midfield player. He earned SMAA All-Conference Honorable Mention and participated in the Underclassmen All-Star Game during his junior year. Academically, Cody was a consistent Honor Roll student for all four years, earning four academic achievement awards, two academic excellence awards, and the Magna Cum Laude award. He also played for 4leaf Travel Lacrosse for six years, participating in both summer and fall seasons.
