Biography

2012: Played in 18 games with two starts as a freshman…netted six goals and an assist with 32 ground balls and six caused turnovers…also won 24 of 51 face-off attempts for a .471 winning percentage…scored the first two goals of his NCAA career in a 12-5 win over Maine-Farmington on March 22nd…produced a goal and an assist versus Daniel Webster College on March 29th…corralled a career-best 10 ground balls in a victory over Rivier College on April 21st.

High School: Played four years of varsity lacrosse at Scarborough High School for Joe Hezlep… named the team’s captain and Most Valuable Player senior year… later named Second Team All-Conference…and three time state champion.

Personal: Nathan George Hopkins, born August 13, 1992 in St. Petersburg, Florida…son of Dwayne and Melodie Hopkins…majoring in Exercise Science.
