Saint Joseph's College of Maine

Why Saint Joseph’s? I chose Saint Joseph’s College because of its beautiful campus and friendly atmosphere. I also wanted the opportunity to continue playing soccer as part of a strong collegiate program.

High School: Competed in soccer and indoor track for four years and outdoor track for two years at Freeport High School…played forward in soccer and participated in the 800-meter and mile events in track…recorded nine goals and seven assists as a senior and earned Western Maine First Team All-Conference honors…qualified for the state indoor track championship in the 800 as a junior and in the 800 and mile as a senior…received the soccer Pride and Character Award as a sophomore and junior and the Coaches’ Choice Award as a senior…named the indoor track team’s Most Improved Athlete as a junior…member of the National Honor Society…earned High Honors as a freshman and sophomore and Honor Roll recognition as a junior and senior…played with Maine Lightning Soccer as a junior and senior and led the team in points both years…volunteered more than 30 hours at youth soccer camps for students in grades K-8 and more than 30 hours assisting local fire stations with short films created to support funding efforts.
