Biography

 2017: Made six appearances as a freshman pitcher…ended the season with a 5.88 ERA over 8.1  innings pitched…notched two strikeouts …while in the circle for the Monks’ on April 29th against Lasell she allowed only one hit.

High School: Played four years of varsity softball for Sara Thurston at Dirigo High School…advanced to the Western Maine Finals her freshman year...garnered Academic All-Star and Honorable Mention accolades as a freshman…selected as a team captain and fanned over 100 hitters her senior year…also chosen as a team captain of the field hockey team…President of her class and active member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Katelyn Marie Olsen, born in Farmington Maine...daughter of Bobbie and Jason Olsen...majoring in Nursing.
