Why Saint Joseph's?:Â Since I'm not sure what I'd like to major in, a big part of deciding was making sure that the school I chose had a wide variety of academic programs so when I do know what I want to do, the major will be there for me.
High School: Played field hockey and softball at Lake Region High School…in field hockey, named All-State and earned a pair of First Team All-Conference and Academic All-Conference honors…in softball, named All-State and First Team All-Conference accolades with a pair of Academic All-Conference honors…played club softball for the Southern Maine River Rats for five years and New England Elite as a senior.
Community Service:Â Assisted in coaching the youth athletes for both field hockey and softball.
Personal: Sadie Mae Tirrell, daughter of Jennifer Daruszka…also plans on playing field hockey at Saint Joseph's.
