2022-23: Played in 28 games with 27 starts as a junior guard…Averaged 26.1 minutes per game…Contributed 11.4 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.9 steals per contest…Shot 38.8% (100-258) from the field, 36.5% (54-148) from downtown, and 77.4% (65-84) from the free throw line…Led the team in three-pointers made and attempted, rebounding average, and rebounds…Led the team in scoring in eight different games and was the Monks’ top rebounder 17 times...Netted at least 20 points three times with five double-doubles on the season…Named Second Team All-Conference for the second consecutive season…Named as the GNAC Player of the Week on January 23rd, 2023.
2021-22: Started in all 27 games as a sophomore forward…averaged 10.9 points with 8.5 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game…shot .372% (90-242) from the field, .305% (32-105) from behind the arc, .786% (81-106) from the line, Hurley led the team in free throw attempts and free throws made…was second on the team with an average of 29.2 minutes per game…she also led the team in steals with an average of 1.7 steals per game and 46 steals on the season…in her first full season, Hurley was awarded All-GNAC 2nd Team, GNAC All-Rookie Team, GNAC All-Tournament Team, MWBCA All-Rookie Team, and GNAC All-Academic…scored a career high 24 points while shooting 7-15 from the field and 8-13 from the line while also tallying 12 rebounds and eight assists in a 3OT win over Husson on November 20th…Hurley had an all around game in a win against Southern Maine on November 28th with 21 points on 6-10 shooting and 7-9 from the line, while also grabbing 15 rebounds, five assists, five steals, and two blocks…scored 11 points on 4-10 shooting while having 11 rebounds, eight assists, and six steals…scored 24 points on 8-13 shooting and a perfect 7-7 from the line, Hurley also tallied 5 rebounds in the February 12th win over Johnson and Wales.
2020-21: Playing in all six games as a freshman, Hurley averaged 9.5 points per game and 7.0 rebounds per game...she averaged 23.5 minutes per game on 40.4% shooting from the field...in a 59-50 win over Colby College the freshman would score 16 points and grab eight boards and recorded impressive shooting percentages, shooting 57.1% from the field (4-7) and 75% from the free throw line (6-8)...another noteworthy performance was in a 77-32 win over UMaine Augusta where Hurley scored 16 points on 66.7% shooting (6-9) as well as grabbing five rebounds and recording two assists.
Why Saint Joseph's? I decided to attend St. Joes because I believe it is a perfect fit for me both academically and athletically. I love the welcoming environment and the campus/location.
High School: Participated in basketball, lacrosse and track at Pentucket Regional High School…Named as the Conference Player of the Year and Eagle Tribune MVP...Garnered Boston Globe and Boston Herald All Scholastic accolades her junior and senior years…Also claimed MBCA North Sectional First Team honors…Helped her team win the 2019 Division 2 State Championship…Member of the National Honor Society and listed on the High Honor Roll (10th).
