2025: Played 16 games and started 15...recorded 35 goals and 10 assists for 55 points...tallied 96 shots and 19 ground balls...recorded three game winning goals...second on the team in goals and points...recorded four goals and one assist for five points along with two ground balls at Anna Maria (Mar. 15)...tallied four goals and three assists for a season-high seven points vs. Elms (Mar. 22)...scored a hat-trick and added three assists at Dean (Apr. 19)...scored a season-high six goals along with two ground balls in the GNAC Quarterfinal at Lasell (Apr. 26)

2024: Played in all 19 games and started 18...recorded 57 goals and 36 assists for 93 points...leads the team in goals, assists and points...tallied 111 shots and 16 ground balls...recorded a team leading six game winning goals...recorded six goals including the game winner and three assists for a career-high nine points vs. Husson (Mar. 2)...matched her career-high nine points with six goals including the game winner and three assists vs. Simmons (Apr. 9)...tallied a career-high four assists along with five goals to match her career-high nine points at New England College (Apr. 13)...scored a career-high eight goals including the game winner along with one assist to match her career-high nine points vs. Norwich (Apr. 20)

2023: Played in all 20 games with 12 starts as a sophomore…tallied 30 goals, 12 assists, 17 ground balls, and two caused turnovers…netted three goals, with two assists in a victory over Dean College on March 22nd…scored three goals, one assists, and picked up two ground balls…netted four goals along with an assist in a triumph against Norwich University on April 22nd…ended the season with collecting GNAC All-Academic.

2022: Appeared in 10 games with five starts before suffering a season-ending injury…scored 20 goals with five assists, 13 draw controls, 10 ground balls and five caused turnovers…scored a goal in her first NCAA game – a 20-4 win over Maine Maritime on February 19th…tallied two goals and two assists in a win over Thomas College on March 2nd…scored two goals with four ground balls and three draw controls in a victory over UMaine-Farmington on March 10th…netted four goals with four draw controls in a 20-5 win at Rivier University on March 15th…scored a season-high five goals on six shots in a 17-7 victory over Emmanuel College on March 26th…added two goals and two assists in a 19-5 triumph at Lasell University three days later…garnered GNAC All-Sportsmanship Team honors.

High School: Participated in soccer, indoor track, basketball, and lacrosse for Lake Region High School…was named All-Conference in both soccer and lacrosse…received the Hustle Award and Varsity Club Award for soccer…placed first in 55m dash for Class C in indoor track…was honorable mention in lacrosse…was 2018 lacrosse State Champions, 2019 lacrosse Runners-Up, and 2019 State Appearance in indoor track for the 55m dash and relay…on the National Honor Society and named All-Academic for lacrosse…played club lacrosse for Maineiax for four years.

Community Service: All over the place from picking up trash to helping kids building benches at a group home. We were required to have 20 hours of community service each year and I was indicted my sophomore year.

Personal: Mackenzie Lynn Siebert…daughter to Amy and Brian Siebert…sister to Hanna and Max Siebert.
