2015: Played in eight games and started two as a junior defender…recorded five groundballs, two draw controls, and one caused turnover…registered one groundball and one draw control in consecutive games versus Maine Maritime and St. Joseph (Conn.) in March.

2014: Appeared in four games with one goal, three ground balls and a pair of draw controls as a first-year player…netted the first goal of her career in a 17-1 victory over Anna Maria College on April 15th.

High School: Played two years of lacrosse at Windham High School…also cheered for four years, including three seasons of varsity and danced throughout high school…awarded senior teen soloist honor at a competition during her senior year.

Prior to Saint Joseph’s: Attended University of Southern Maine for one semester…cheered for the Huskies during the spring of 2013.

Personal: Marissa Lyn Johnson, born on March 3, 1994 in Portland, Maine...daughter of Tina and Richard Johnson...majoring in Health and Wellness Promotion with a focus in Nutrition.
