2022: Played in all 31 matches and 114 sets as a senior setter…Tallied 70 kills, 503 assists, 52 service aces, 262 digs, and 21 total blocks…Led the team in assists and aces and ranked second on the squad in digs…Posted 10 or more assists in 25 different matches and double-digit digs 12 times…Recorded 12 double-doubles…Finished her career with 179 kills, 1,646 assists, 118 aces, and 52 total blocks in 92 matches and 329 sets over three seasons…Leaves the program ranked third all-time in career assists and fourth in assists per set (5.0).
2021: Played in all 31 matches and saw time in 107 sets as a junior setter...tallied 533 assists, 215 digs, 49 kills, 34 aces and 19 total blocks...led the team and ranked ninth in the conference in assists...was also second on the squad in digs...notched the 1,000th assist of her career in a loss to Lasell University on October 20th...notched six double-doubles on the season...kicked off the campaign with 19 digs, 15 assists, four kills and two aces versus Husson on September 1st...produced her first double-double with 18 assists and 14 digs in a triumph over Maine-Presque Isle on September 11th...added 25 assists in a win over the Owls a week later...dealt 32 assists with three aces in a 3-1 win over Albertus Magnus on September 25th...fell just shy of her career-high (46) with 45 assists along with 10 digs, four kills and four total blocks in a 3-1 win at Anna Maria on October 12th...contributed 36 assists and 11 digs at USJ four days later...added 23 assists and 13 digs against Eastern Nazarene on October 26th.
2019: Played in all 30 matches and saw 108 sets as a freshman setter…had 10 kills, 13 digs and 11 points against Husson University on Sept. 21st in the loss…on the same day had three service aces vs. Colby-Sawyer and 14 digs in the 3-2 win…had another three service aces on Oct 5th facing Anna Maria College, Emmanuel College on Oct. 12th, and Nov. 2nd against Suffolk University in a game where she also tallied 16 digs and 35 assists…had 26 double-digit assist games, the highest being on Oct. 19th vs. Albertus Magnus College with 46 and then 45 when beating University of Maine Fort Kent on Sept. 22nd…Holden led the team with 610 assists and 208 digs, and garnered 60 kills, 32 service aces, and 98.5 points ending her freshman tour…she also garnered GNAC Rookie of the Week once during the 2019 season.
Why Saint Joseph's? The campus is beautiful, the volleyball team is very welcoming, and my major is offered.
High School: Participated in volleyball, basketball, and track & field at Stoughton High School…Helped lead her team to the Division 2 Semifinals her senior year…Selected as a senior captain in volleyball and basketball…Played for the Southern Alliance Volleyball Club for four years…Earned the Scholar Athlete Award, Triple Crown Award, Enterprise All-Scholastic Award, and Hockomock League All-Star honors…Academically, listed on the High Honor Roll and Honor Roll and a member of the National Honor Society and National Business Honor Society.
Community Service: Coached town youth league and travel basketball for four years, Christmas in the City in Boston, volleyball camps/ clinics at YMCA.
Personal: Hanna Rose Holden, daughter of Rosemarie and Michael Holden…Has one sibling, Ella.
