Farmington , ME - The Monks' offense failed to convert and a lone goal by Alec Brown giving Maine Farmington a 1-0 win today. St. Joe's out-shot Farmington 11-8 and held a 5-1 advantage in corner kicks.

Andrew Knox sent a perfectly placed through-ball to Brown for a breakaway goal in the 11 th minute. 

Freshman Corey Smith (Ellsworth, ME)played thirty solid minutes in goal for the Monks and kept the team in it with three key saves in the final part of the match.  Sophomore Kenny Kehoe (Cortlandt Manor, NY)played sixty minutes for St. Joe's and also had three saves.  Junior Scott Desrosiers (Pascoag, RI)turned in a strong performance for the Monks.
