STANDISH, Maine – The Saint Joseph's College Department of Athletics "Pack the Stands" fundraiser was a huge success and culminated with the SJC coaches and staff assembling and positioning the Monk cutouts in the Harold Alfond Center Gymnasium bleacher sections last week. Over 650 cutouts were sold with all 21 SJC teams being represented in what was believed to be the largest fundraiser in department history.

The impressive fundraising effort resulted in the bleachers being completely filled on both sides of the court. Saint Joseph's fans showed their pride by purchasing either the single Monk cutout or the Monk Family cutout while designating the program they would like to support. The athletics staff plans on proudly displaying the cutouts at our remaining home spring events, weather permitting.
