STANDISH, MAINE – The Saint Joseph's College men's cross country team competed in the Runnin' Monks XC Challenge on Friday at Saint Joseph's College's home course. The men's team finished third out of six teams in the 8K race.
THE RUNDOWN
The men's team secured third place with 75 points, averaging 31:04 per runner over the 8K course.
Jacob Pelletier (Augusta, Maine) led the Monks with a strong second-place finish, clocking in at 27:38.70. The University of Southern Maine won the men's team title with 29 points, averaging 28:38 for their top five finishers, while Maine Maritime Academy placed second with 53 points, averaging 30:00.
