STANDISH, MAINE – The Saint Joseph's College women's cross country team competed in the Runnin' Monks XC Challenge on Friday at Saint Joseph's College's home course. The women's team finished third out of three scoring teams in the 6K race.
THE RUNDOWN
The women's team secured third place with 64 points, averaging 30:04 per runner over the 6K course.
Haley Williams (Winthrop, Maine) led the Monks with a strong first-place finish, clocking in at 26:10.51. Emerson College won the women's team title with 27 points, averaging 27:09 for their top five finishers, while Emmanuel College placed second with 41 points, averaging 28:01.
