STANDISH, Maine – The 2026 Saint Joseph's College of Maine women's lacrosse schedule has been announced. The Monks will play 17 games this spring, opening the season at home on Wednesday, February 18 with a 5:00 PM contest against Plymouth State University. Saint Joseph's slate features eight home, seven away, and two neutral-site match-ups, and the regular season is set to conclude on Wednesday, April 22 with a 5:00 PM Great Northeast Athletic Conference contest at Elms College.

Saint Joseph's 2026 opponents combined for a 137-147 (.482) record last season, while the Monks own a 112-44 (.718) all-time mark against this year's schedule. Among the notable trends entering the season, Saint Joseph's carries its longest current winning streak versus a 2026 opponent against University of Saint Joseph (15 straight), while its longest current losing streak comes against Bates College (seven).

The Monks are slated to open conference play on Saturday, March 14 with a road tilt at Albertus Magnus College, while the home GNAC slate begins on Tuesday, March 17 with a 5:00 PM match-up against Dean College. A key non-conference highlight includes a March 4 trip to Bates, and the schedule also features a neutral-site stretch at the Puerto Rico Classic in mid-March.

The 2026 slate includes two programs that reached the 2025 NCAA Tournament—Plymouth State and Emmanuel College—and features three first-time opponents: Mitchell College, Ohio Wesleyan University, and Dickinson College.

The 2026 GNAC Tournament begins with quarterfinal action on April 25, continues with the semifinals on April 28, and concludes with the championship on May 2. The tournament champion earns the conference's automatic berth into the NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse Championship, scheduled for May 9 – May 24.
