NEW ORLEANS – Three members of the Saint Joseph's College of Maine men's outdoor track & field program earned 2026 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field All-Region honors, as announced Tuesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Senior
Abdirizak Abukar earned All-Region honors in the 400 meters, junior
Haytham Ramadan was recognized in the 800 meters, and junior
Matthew Corriveau collected All-Region accolades in the long jump.
All-Region distinction is awarded to the top-eight individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Athletic.net Descending Order Lists, as well as each member of the region's top-eight relay teams. The regions used for the award match those used during the NCAA Division III cross country season.
The honor adds another milestone to a standout outdoor season for the Monks, with Abukar, Ramadan, and Corriveau each ranking among the East Region's best in their respective events.
Ramadan's recognition comes during a historic season that also saw him qualify for the 2026 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 800 meters. Abukar continued to establish himself as one of the region's top 400m sprinters, while Corriveau added to his strong junior outdoor campaign with one of the top long jump marks in the East Region.
