STANDISH, ME - Saint Joseph's College (5-6, 2-3 GNAC) lost to conference rival Norwich University (VT) (9-4, 4-1 GNAC) on Monday afternoon in the first women's lacrosse game ever played on the SJC campus. FY Alyssa Marchant (Wakefield, MA) scored 5 goals and SO Lauren Hagerman (Scarborough, ME) netted 3 goals in the losing bid. St. Joe's goalkeeper FY Chynna Nicholas (Acushnet, MA) made 10 saves in the game. SO Vanessa Brooks (Bath, ME) also notched a tally in the loss.

Saint Joseph's earned the #4 seed in the GNAC playoffs and will play at #1 seed Emerson College on Wednesday, April 23rd at 7:00 PM.
