STANDISH, Maine – The 2025 United States Collegiate Ski & Snowboard Association (USCSA) Scholar All-America awards have been announced, with four Saint Joseph's College men's alpine skiers earning national academic honors.
Juniors Jack Price (Franconia, N.H.) and Colin Rathbone (Groton, Mass.) have been named Second Team Scholar All-Americans for the second year in a row. Sam Plummer (Raymond, ME) and Owen Pethic (Canterbury, N.H.) have also been named Second Team Scholar All-Americans in recognition of their outstanding academic achievements.
To qualify for USCSA Scholar All-America honors, student-athletes must be part of a team that advanced to the National Championships and maintain a cumulative grade-point average of 3.30 or higher. First Team honorees hold a GPA of 3.80 or above, while Second Team recipients achieve between a 3.50 and 3.79 GPA.
Now in its sixth year as a varsity program, Saint Joseph's sent the men's team to the USCSA National Championships for the fourth consecutive season
