STANDISH, Maine – Saint Joseph's College freshman catcher Nic Frink (Scarborough, Maine) has collected four major postseason accolades following a standout rookie campaign in 2025.
Frink, who started all 39 games for the Monks, led the team in nearly every major offensive category, finishing with a .390 batting average, 57 hits, 38 RBI, eight home runs, and 29 runs scored. He was also a defensive force, throwing out a program-record 17 would-be base stealers.
For his efforts, Frink earned ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division III All-Region 1 First Team, D3Baseball.com Region 1 First Team, D3baseball.com Region 1 Rookie of the Year, and Maine College Baseball & Softball Association (MCBSA) Co-Rookie of the Year accolades.
Rounding out his honors, Frink has been chosen to play in the 50th Annual NEIBA Joe Walsh All-Star Game on June 1 at Fitton Field, in collaboration with the Futures League.
