STANDISH, Maine – The 2025 Saint Joseph's College women's soccer schedule has been announced. Featuring 16 regular-season contests, the Monks open the campaign with a home match-up against the University of New England on Friday, August 29th (4:00 PM), and conclude the slate with a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) game at Regis College on October 28th.

Led by 13th-year Head Coach Jenelle Harris, the Monks will play 13 GNAC games and three non-conference match-ups this fall, including the opener versus UNE, a road contest at Husson University on September 10th, and a trip to Thomas College on October 1st.

Saint Joseph's begins GNAC play at home against Colby-Sawyer College on Saturday, September 13th at 1:00 PM.

The 2025 GNAC Tournament kicks off with quarterfinal action on November 1st and continues with the semifinal and championship rounds on November 5th and 8th, respectively. The tournament champion receives an automatic berth into the NCAA DIII Tournament, which begins on November 15th.

Saint Joseph's looks to bounce back after finishing the 2024 season with a 5-12-1 overall record, including a 5-9-1 mark in conference play. The Monks missed the GNAC Tournament for the first time since 2010.

Games to Watch:
Sept. 10 at Husson University – The Monks visit Bangor to face 2024 North Atlantic Conference Champion Husson, a familiar foe they haven't faced since a 3-0 victory in 2019. This early-season clash will serve as a strong measuring stick.

Oct. 22 vs. Emmanuel College – Saint Joseph's hosts the reigning GNAC Champion in one of the final home games of the regular season. The Saints, who went 18-3-1 last year, defeated the Monks 6-1 in Boston during the 2024 campaign.

Oct. 25 at University of Saint Joseph (CT) – In a rematch with major postseason implications, the Monks travel to West Hartford to face a USJ squad that edged them out for the final GNAC playoff spot in 2024. Last season, the Blue Jays claimed a 2-1 win in Standish.
