WINTHROP, Mass. — The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) weekly accolades have been announced and Saint Joseph's College senior Greta Mackintosh (Plymouth, Mass.) has been selected as the GNAC Women's Volleyball Player of the Week.
Saint Joseph's opened conference play Saturday with a four-set victory over GNAC-rival University of Saint Joseph. Mackintosh led all players with 14 kills and 15.5 points while adding two blocks, including one solo block and one block assist.
Later that day, Mackintosh registered 12 kills and five digs as the Monks completed a three-set sweep of Husson University. She finished the two-match day with 26 kills.
Mackintosh leads Saint Joseph's with 68 kills this season and ranks fourth in the GNAC in both total kills and kills per set.
This marks the second GNAC Player of the Week honor of Mackintosh's career. She first received the award on September 29, 2025.
The Monks return to action Tuesday, September 15, when they host Plymouth State University in a non-conference match at 6:00 PM.
