STANDISH, ME - The Saint Joseph's College women's basketball team played its best basketball during the final week of the season and used the momentum to earn its second-in-a-row Association of DIII Independents Championship plaque.

Junior Kaylin Regula (Windham, Me.) was named to the All-Tournament Team, and senior Danielle Somma (Gray, Me.) was named Tournament MVP.

Saint Joseph's finished its regular season 8-16 and went into the three-team tournament seeded #3, but with upset wins over #2 St. Joseph's of Brooklyn and #1 Maine-Presque Isle, the Lady Monks finished at 10-16 and repeat as AD3I Champs!
