FARMINGTON, Maine – The Saint Joseph's College alpine ski teams capped the 2026 regular season with a slalom race at Titcomb Mountain on Sunday. For the eighth consecutive event, the Monks' women raced to victory, while the Monks' men posted a second-place finish.
With the regular season now complete, the Monks were awarded the 2026 Ricker Cup, presented annually to the top combined men's and women's program in the United States Collegiate Ski & Snowboard Association Reynolds Division. Saint Joseph's edged University of Maine at Farmington in the final standings, 29–44, to claim the honor for the fourth time in the last six years.
THE RUNDOWN – WOMEN:
Saint Joseph's won the slalom with nine place points and a total time of 4:47.07. Freshman Maggie Cook (Centennial, Colo.) led the Monks with a time of 1:34.07 to finish second, while senior Sienna Mack (Lincoln, N.H.) placed third in 1:36.43. Bowdoin College, University of Maine at Orono, and UMaine-Farmington also competed in Sunday's slalom.

THE RUNDOWN – MEN:
UMaine-Farmington secured the men's title with six place points and a total time of 4:16.18. UMF swept the podium with Lance Dolan (1:24.12), Chase Raven (1:25.45) and Declan Varnerin (1:26.61). The Monks took second-place with 25 place points and a total time of 4:31.61.
Bowdoin (4:38.88, 35 points) and UMaine-Orono (4:51.50, 44 points) also raced in the slalom today.
