WINTHROP, Mass. – Saint Joseph's College junior Nick Marion (Windham, Maine) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Men's Soccer Player of the Week after scoring four goals in a pair of conference victories.
Marion tallied two goals in Wednesday's 4-0 win over Lasell University. He opened the scoring in the eighth minute off a pass from Godin Ndayishimiye (Bujumbura, Burundi) before adding an unassisted goal in the 53rd minute.
The junior followed with another two-goal effort in Saturday's 5-1 victory over Elms College. Marion scored an unassisted goal in the 52nd minute and completed his second brace of the week in the 63rd minute off a feed from Kahlil Ghosheh (Scarborough, Maine).
Marion leads the Monks with seven goals and five assists this season. He is the first Saint Joseph's player to earn GNAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week honors since teammate Zander Haskell (Scarborough, Maine) received the award on November 3, 2025.
Saint Joseph's will play at Regis College in a conference matchup on Saturday at 1:00 PM.
